Along with the citadel, Chip and Joanna listed the Hillcrest Estate, a rental property, for $1.7 million, and the Gristmill, a landmark the couple restored, for $935,000.
The citadel is the costliest itemizing of the bunch, with the couple hoping to promote it for $2.699 million.
“As Magnolia seems forward to new alternatives within the hospitality house, the timing feels proper for these three properties to start their subsequent chapter,” Magnolia Realty stated in an Instagram caption concerning the listings.
